Album Notes
Known for his protest songs, Clay Two Nine (Clay 2 Nine) has returned to complete the work on his album, I'm Not Worthy (To Change The World). European Train, American Dream is a testimony from a man who has experienced it all: war, hunger, suffering, displacement, deprivation, etc. This single is the fifth to be released by a prohetic artist often described as the lost and found prince of African reggae. In this immigrant anthem, Clay sings about how love and justice towards our fellow men can help to curb the problems of massive migration. He chants: "I will not need an American Dream/ I will not need a European Train/ I will not need an African Dream". Those who have followed this artist along the years know that his meaningful songs such as Cry Revolutions and Merchants of Venice have helped to focus the world's attention on the use of children as soldiers in armed conflicts. Yes, Clay wants to change the world, one powerful and meaningful song at a time!

Jorge Kwaku

African Reggae's Prodigal Prince
It is not for nothing that some of us refer to Clay 2 Nine as the prodigal Prince of African reggae. We like to use the word genius when referring to Alpha Blondy and Lucky Dube. I don't know what genius is, but Clay Two Nine is a great composer as Lucky and Alpha. In terms of both his craft, his imagination, his inventiveness, his variety, his output, I don't think he's second to anybody!
