Album Notes
A combonation of contemporary and alternative folk music with a mixture of socially and politically aware lyrics. With only an acoustic guitar and a smoothe baritone voice, Corey performs all original tunes on his indie-release, Frolicware.

"Corey Auger's debut album is bold, poetic, and powerful!"
Corey Auger's debut album, "Frolicware," leaves no question as to
what the 19 year old folk artist is all about- bold guitar, poetic
lyrics, and a powerful voice that you will not be able to get out of
your head. Auger plays his guitar in a manner very much like folk
sensation Ani Difranco, with up-and-down intensities that enhance the
mood of the song, and he delivers his vocals in a similar manner,
presenting the listener with not just a set of great music, but a
whole emotional experience as well. What we have in Auger's
"Frolicware" is the intense and beautiful simplicity of a young man
and his guitar, perfect for the individual listener and the college
radio scene alike.
