Album Notes
While it is true that Cota Chaperon is only his third time trial, we must recognize that today this artist behind a long history and has already built a brand image to Kinshasa, where he won with the public, including that of his generation. This means that it has the music in the skin and a future mapped out in this exciting profession he has chosen to exercise fs’est fait notamment remarquer en 2004 lors du festival culturel de la jeunesse congolaise organisé par Nono Bin Olebin à la Place Ymca, sur l’Avenue Victoire à Matonge, Kinshasa, au cours duquel son International Da Banda Musica a été sacré « meilleur groupe de l’année » parmi la soixantaine de groupes venus de tous les coins de la capitale, qui y participaient.

Issu de la diaspora cet enfant terrible de Binza a effectué un « retour aux sources » en 2001 après 14 années de séjour à l’étranger ( il vit depuis 1987 en Hollande ). Au cours de la même année, il a réussi le double pari de monter, sur place, à Kinshasa, son propre ensemble musical et de publier un premier album : « Very Story » ( disponible en CD / DVD) , avec comme slogan : « Mabuidi Mpaka -Mabutidi Mbimba
