Album Notes
In the world of rock and roll there are some unmistakeable truths. You have to be able to trash a hotel room. You have to be surrounded by groupies. And, after your third studio album, you have to release a double live record.

Crash Street Kids are no strangers to these and all the other rules of rock and roll. And, true to form, they can check another goal off the list. “LIVE! From the Waist Down” is the obligatory double live record that follows hot on the heels of three critically acclaimed studio records.

Tracks were recorded over two sold out nights at rock legend Alice Cooper’s club in CSK’s hometown of Phoenix, AZ USA. The hometown fans got treated to a special extended show complete with cheerleaders, confetti bombs, and a piano stage that rose 30 feet in the air. The glitter spangled kids strutted around the augmented stage and dished out their hottest modern day glam rock to the delight of the packed house.

The rock and roll party hit the recording equipment like a tidal wave. Loud, chaotic, sweaty and magical. You could hear this blasting out of the 8 track player in your older brother’s smoked out van. Listen to this show with headphones and your are there center stage, lighter held high, trying to look up a cheerleader’s skirt. Grinning as you clearly hear the confetti canon fire, chanting C..S...K! C..S..K!...along with the rest.

For the lucky few who have experienced CSK live, this is their souvenir. If you have not seen them yet, this is your chance to get up close and personal. Go ahead...Alice put your name on the guest list....your pass is waiting.
