ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Violin, tambura, tabla, bass, and chanting in Sanskrit make this album meditative and easy listening. Cristina Seaborn plays violin, viola, and extemporaneous voice. Malcolm Nazareth plays tambura and sings a hymn in Sanskrit. Gauri Devi Marie L. Logan also plays tabla drums as her meditation practice, and started her track with a 10 beat. Mike Zeleny adds a playfulness on the bass. Each track was improvised by one musician. We had never played together until we met in the recording studio. This CD has been enjoyed in yoga studios in the U.S.
