Each of the songs on this album tells a story about grace. From stories about my own life experiences to stories about Jesus...life is full of tough moments...moments where nothing makes sense. Frustration, desperation, pain, confusion, anger, and more pick away at our soul, and we find ourselves yearning for even just a little taste of peace. It is in those moments that grace shines brightest...and honestly, it's really only grace that can bring meaning into the midst of those storms. May these songs bring the blessing of grace-filled meaning to you today!
Curt Castro is a So. Cal. (Los Angeles) born and raised lad, classically trained in piano, with some additional experience singing in chorale and playing trumpet in good ol' high school band, who has a heart for music, film, theatre, art, and literature.
Music has been a part of my life since I was a very young child. Whether it was practicing classical piano pieces, singing and acting in church drama productions, playing trumpet in band, singing in chorale, leading worship service, or just singing in the car while driving, music was always there.
I love being involved in creative projects that help inspire people with hope, joy, love, grace, etc. I also believe in making my career one of service to others. I have worked as a psychologist serving developmentally disabled individuals, an administrator at a Tennessee group home for teenage boys with behavioral challenges, and an administrator at a dental surgery center that specializes in working with children with disabilities.
My music is a part of my self-supporting ministry, Live In Grace, which offers free life coaching, consulting, and counseling to individuals, families, and organization who are in need of someone to help them navigate life's challenges. It is my hope that my music will help inspire people to persevere in the midst of life's stormy chaos and to make life choices based on selfless principles of love and grace.
Thank you for taking the time to listen to the music and learn a little about me, and by all means feel free to spread the word to your friends and family!
