MANDATORY! Just let me give you two reasons; Dave Cox conveys sincerity in every note, every chord, in every subject and this is the second reason, this CD has no less than 26 items of which 90% sure you will like. You decide, of course, but believe me, you have a great opportunity to enrich your Cdteca.

I got so excited about this CD that it is now my favorite CD. It has so much heart and so much fun in it with such a great sound. Dave's voice is so easy to listen to. I hope that soon I will have more of his music to listen to. A great use of words and sounds. I wish you the best. You have what it takes in my openion to be a great Country Music legond. T.W.O

A Work of Art
"We met Dave at Roberts Western World where he plays on a regular basis, and this guy, not only being a great musician, has a great sense of humor. Dave's sense of humor comes out in his songs. With song titles like My Neighbor's Ass, A Stroke Of Good Luck, Please Don't Shoot Me, and my personal favorite, Alcohol Of Fame, it is easy to see that this is not your new POP country music. Dave's music is REAL traditional country music and his songs tell a story. If you think you are going to hear something come from Dave that will resemble a Kenny Chesney song, you my friend are sadly mistaken, but, if you love country music, and I MEAN COUNTRY MUSIC, (Hank, Lefty, Buck, Merle, and Cash) Dave is your man. We picked up his Greatest Misses CD and it is a work of art [and] we highly suggest seeing his show at Robert's Western World, it is well worth it!"

Just terrific
Got to see Dave perform solo at Roberts Western in Nashville and was really blown away. This CD has been in my car ever since. Straight forward, sincere, clever, traditional country music that gives a knowing nod to Johnny Cash and Roger Miller while still remaining orignial. A laugh-out-loud funny line (or several) in nearly every song, and backed up by a razor-sharp band. "Another Drink of Courage" may be the catchiest drinking song I've ever heard. Keep it up Dave! Can't wait to hear more from you.
