ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Tenor David Keith Jones created backing tracks which helped gain a million hits for his video vocals on You Tube by 2011. He ranges from opera and lieder to traditional, popular and jazz. David began as a chorister in Wales then played in a band. After voice training at university in England he continued musical study and was coached by Gerald Davies, former principal tenor at Sadlers Wells. An early role for David was as Jack Worthing in Oscar Wilde's 'The Importance of being Earnest'. He later founded an opera company in St Albans. Guest operatic roles with several companies included Don Jose, Rodolfo & Alfredo, also in oratorio as Elgar's Gerontius and in Aykbourn's comedy as Gosforth. David lives in Milton Keynes with his wife, the artist Jean Tatton Jones. To see his albums, browse CDBaby. For links and other information, Google: David Keith Jones
This album comprises band arrangements of favourite traditional English songs which can serve as stand-alone versions or as backing.
