Keep On Keepin' On

by David Joshua Norris

Catchy, top-line acoustic radio recordings - great lyrics and vocals with electric bass back-up. Dynamite acoustic rock. Most bands rely on additional instruments and back-up vocals. This man does it with just a guitar, bass back-up and raw talent.

ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
These songs were broadcast many times over the radio on WVIA, 90 FM, Scranton, Wilkes-Barre, Hazleton Pennsylvania. Recorded and mixed at the WVIA studios, this collection provides the listener with a mixture of everything from melodic love songs to hard-charging acoustic power tunes - great lyrics and vocals with an electric bass back-up - the kind of material that stays with the listener - the kind they find themselves humming and whistling as they go about their day. These selections were featured fresh on initial radio shows, encored many times and were featured in numerous anthologies and samplers. They were broadcast live in front of a studio audiance in addition to broadcasts of multiple studio-recorded sessions . They've been requested by listeners throughout Pennsylvania, New York and New Jersey and provide an extremely rich array of catchy and powerful acoustic/electric sounds. These recordings make a dynamite addition to the collection of any music fan who really knows his or her stuff, and who recognizes top-shelf material when they hear it.

kickass music
These tunes are awesome. Strong unique lyrics with a country rock blend that really hits home. Excellent tunes to listen to while chilling on a couch with a cold beer and a few friends or while driving down the road contemplating the many facets of life. If you are looking for some originality in your music, give Norris a try.

David Norris Keep On Keepin' On
"Fantastic songs" Brought me back to my younger days when music pierced my soul with Great
lyrics and songs that stayed in my mind and made me want to sing along. Don't see that too much now a days. A cross between Neil Young and Jim Croce, The lyrics are smart and draw you into the song along with the superb acoustic guitar. What a Great work of art! A must for my collection..

Good stuff, good tunes
Excellent rhythm acoustic with powerful lyrics and soothing vocals. I really liked " college girl, keep on keepin on, one to believe in, and sunrise." "Fade Away and All Over Again" are superb. David Norris has an acoustic Chris Cornell sound to him.
