ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
This album was recorded in the Analog Domain of Brian Koehler at Topsoil Studios in Oshkosh, WI. Production began in spring of 2012 and wrapped up in early October. All songs were completely recorded by Dead Horses along with the help of a few fellow musicians from other bands in Oshkosh, WI. With this being the first full length album from Dead Horses, you'll be sure to know that the construction of its contents weren't taken lightly. The band gives the feeling as if this was going to be the last album they would ever make. Through listening, you may find yourself wanting another pull off that bottle of Jameson and at the same time, a tear will stream down your face. Actually, those two things can go hand in hand.

Dead Horses is Sarah Vos on guitar and vocals, Nick Shea on mandolin and vocals, Tim McIlree on fiddle and vocals, Daniel Wolff on bass and vocals, and Tyler Shea on guitar, banjo, and vocals. Guest musicians include Joel Cartier on harp (track 7), Kyle Merckx on 12-string guitar (track 1), and Bill Grasley on flugelhorn (track 8).
