Album Notes
"Mixing die hard southern rock influences with the driving force of metal, without the drug addled misery of grunge, adds up to a huge sonic powerhouse that comes out punching in full force... a very positive and life affirming vibe... complete lack of filler... An absolutely ferocious body of work from the Brighton rock troupe." 9/10 David Tobin, Underground Reviews

"It's not just a volcano, it's a Supervolcano!"- Corey Taylor

"...hard hitting, fast paced, slap in the face, heavy rock...Chugging riffs, intricate licks, breakdowns, gritty vocals, clever time changes, it’s a masterclass in how heavy rock should be executed." Ian Pye, Mako Records, on 10,000 Years

"Get out of my bins"- Jerry Cantrell

Death Ape Disco is a five-headed hard rock monster, formed in Southern England over a few drinks and a shared love of heavy music. The album was written over a two-year period and recorded at Envy Studios Petersfield. The CD features brilliant photography by Greig Clifford and awesome paintings by Becca Weight, in an 8 page booklet of artwork and lyrics which expands and complements the Supervolcano universe.
