This meditation CD is to be used while you are walking, as an active meditation.
In life, the more you can remain in the moment the happier you will be. When you're in the moment, you're in touch with your heart and your intuition. You are happy, and you feel free. Thoughts from the past, or the future, aren't holding you back. Being truly happy comes from training your mind to be in the moment.
This single track active meditation is 30 minutes long. It has two 15 minute sections. Deborah will let you know when you have reached the 15 minute point. You can decide to end your meditation at 15 minutes, or continue on for the full 30 minutes. It's your choice.
Why would you want to choose an active style of meditation over a seated style? An active meditation is easier to do for some people, because you are being active. It gives your body something to do, so your mind can relax more easily.
