Sugar-high beats-per-minute. Sunny blasts of horns.
Demon Waffle's music is like "white man's reggae with horns," said Aileen Carter, one of Demon Waffle's biggest fans.
Formed in late 2009, this 7-piece ensemble brings back a unique style of music called ska; a blend of reggae, rock, and punk music, while super popular in the late 90's, it never left the hearts and minds of a faithful few. With most members of the group being classically trained, Demon Waffle is setting out to prove that even though they can tell the difference between the French and German augmented 6th chords, they can still rock out with the best of them. Singer Tyler Parkhill's lyrics with the band's searing horn lines and relentless rhythm section produce a sound revolution bursting at the seams with ultra-catchy gems that will be sure to make any listener dance/head-bang/ or just enjoy life, for hours! They have headlined several regional festivals/shows throughout the Southeast and looking to come to a town near you!
