I decided to give this product a go as I had tried the patches gum inhaler etc and kept going back smoking. Yes this worked for me after the first try. I listened to the recording a few times after that as a backup and each time I did I felt the benefit of it. Good suggestions in the 101 alternatives to smoking. I still get ideas from this.
