ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
"This review could easily end up to the conclusion that another Hammerfall 'clone' has stepped into the 'current' European Power Metal scene. Still, there's a certain distinction in this bunch of metalheads that differentiates them from the average 'happy' wanna-be 'melodic' Metal band around. And this is…guts."

"The odd thing about Rising Up is that you never get the gut-wrenching tear-jerking power ballad. Typically, bands of this nature have to toss one of those horrid things your way, just to show their “softer” side. Destynation tells that notion to eat dirt. They’d rather close the release with another ripping song, “Resign in Flames.” The sing-along quotient on this track is around 90 percent, meaning you are going to be yelling, “I must go to where all darkness turns to light, and the lights resign in flames.” Whatever that means, it’s a cool image.
