Album Notes
Composer, Pianist John di Martino's first recording as a leader features an ecletic array of musical colors. At times ethereal, latin, and straight ahead jazz blended together in a film noir esthetic. This CD features all John's compositions with the impressive musical contributions of Dick Oatts on Woodwinds, Russ Johnson on Trumpet, Boris Kozlov, Darryl Hall and Mike Boone on Bass, Horacio "El Negro" Hernandez and Tim Horner on Drums and Percussion, Hiram Remon on Percussion, and Gemma on Violin.
