Album Notes
Hip-Hop is everywhere. TV, radio, Movies, clothes, the internet – the list goes on. Sadly, the only thing most people know about it is the negative sexual, violent, and materialistic images and messages sent out each day through MTV, BET, and the like. Many don’t even realize that it is a culture which had existed for over 30 years! Beginning in the Bronx, New York, it has blossomed into the number 1 music genre today, but there is cause for concern. Artists, fans, and critics agree – HIP-HOP IS DEAD. They said it would die, but Hip-Hop IS alive.

If you are new to Hip-Hop music from a Biblical perspective, or Holy Hip-Hop as it is also called, then let me invite you to check out some of my close friends and their music as well, which can be accessed through the LINKS page. We all do different styles, but share one common distinctive – Jesus Christ! His very life is the example by which we live, His death has given us life, and His power over death has proven once and for ALL that He Is! We live by Faith in the person of Jesus Christ, who lives today. Sound bugged? Yeah, I thought so too.

We are from the Hip-Hop culture and generation and understand your struggles as well as your reservations about God, religion, and even church. I grew up and just knew God was real, then I got caught in drug addictions and eventually wondered if there even was a God? I had my doubts.

Who can fathom the idea that a God exists and made this whole universe? Some say, we use it as a crutch. Some say, we are gods or will one day become gods! Some even say, God is eventually gonna let everyone into Heaven because He knows we are all messed up! It is my desire and purpose that through this music you might come to know who we hope in, your purpose for this life on earth, and the whole time - NOD your head !!! I want to challenge you to pick up a Bible, thoughtfully and objectively read the contents, and hit me up some time with thoughts and questions. No hate, no condemnation.

Thanks for Checking us out, we will be posting info such as Bible studies, testimonies, and of course – Hip-Hop!
