Album Notes
"What Lies Behind" - DIRTY SOUND MAGNET's debut album contains 9 songs of 'creative rock'. Merging their souls with classic-rock, power-rock and blues, the four young rockers give us an authentic "Return to the Future".
The journey may remind you of Led Zeppelin ("What Lies Behind"), maybe Jack White ("Blind Memory") or of ancient blues legends ("Mr Robert") but, the climax is probably reached when the band presents its own musical contribution to the genre with the album's final epic song (Free Castle Town). Mixed by Bertrand Siffert (Young Gods) and the artists themselves in a high quality analogic studio, the final touch and mastering was performed @ Sterling Sound Studios in New York.

An amazing first album
I haven't heard such a fantastic debut album for a long time... It really deserves the attention of the crowd. I won't say more except that every song is worth every penny you would spend on this.
