Album Notes
In February 2011, longtime friends Luke Rustermier (singer/songwriter/musician) and Mike Meyer (producer/mixer/engineer) entered into an almost year long collaboration that would result in the 10 song album, Circles. Circles is a true product of the digital age. Most of the sounds and instruments were recorded in both Luke and Mike's personal home studios, which are actually located thousands of miles apart: Mike living in Seattle, WA, and Luke living in Wahoo, NE. They figured out a unique way to collaborate using such software and tools as Logic, Pro Tools, Dropbox, Evernote, and good ol' fashioned email. During the entire making of Circles, Luke and Mike never worked in the same room together.

Both, having grown up in the 80's and 90's, are heavily influenced by such artists as Depeche Mode, Duran Duran, Smashing Pumpkins, and The Pixies. Their sound spans from New Wave to Punk, Electronica to Indie, and from Rock to Pop.
