I am proud of "Poor man's prayer" as a rebuke to rich people who ignore the plight of the "have nots", I am equally proud of "Desperation" as it paints a picture of love, gone forever, the discarded lovers poignant pleading "If you see my lady walking in the street, tap her on her shoulder and send her back to me" Every song on the CD tells a new story, exposing all the facets of love. On "Another heart is gonna break" the man callously tells the woman "What can I do, I dont love you"
The subjects are derived from everyday life, bitter sweet love affairs, mostly going sour, that everyone can relate to.
"The saga of Sonia and Jean" is a love story that starts off happy and goes downhill fast. From track one to eleven you will be immersed in the mind of Dobby Dobson.
