ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
The song "I Remember Well" is a reminiscence of Scrooge's first love and happier days working with Mr. Fuzziwig when he is visited by the ghost of Christmas past, who is an angel of God. The song was composed expressly for "Everyone's Carol" with Austin Pendleton as Scrooge. This modern adaptation of Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol will be performed in New York City December 21st & 22nd, 2012 at the Irondale Arts Center.

In developing music for A New York Christmas Carol I've tried to capture the wonder and simplicity of hope. I've tried to portray our brokenness—the ways our addictions to greed or anything else can draw us astray—and how the power of redemption can bring us back to what matters. This was Scrooge's journey, and it is ours as well.

Enjoy!
Dom
