ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
In a time when the music industry is struggling for it’s own identity, Double Vision has found a mature universal and unique sound with their debut album “Premier”.

Roxanne started singing professionally at a very young age. She grew up North of Montreal, QC, in rich French Canadian culture and toured extensively throughout Canada until deciding to move to the United States in 1996. Didi was raised by her French Canadian mother in Rhode Island, six hours South of Montreal on the coast of New England. She also started singing at an early age, while living and touring in Europe she learned to speak French, Spanish, and Swedish.

Comprised of two best friends, this vocal duo has set to achieve international recognition by mixing pop music with rich French heritage. “Premier” represents a departure from the mainstream music industry that both singers experienced most of their careers. Separately, both artists have achieved a myriad of accomplishments including recording contracts, radio play, television appearances and extensive touring. When the industry became too political and the schedule too hectic, the girls took a much needed break.

While doing a few pickup dates together, the friends recognized their voices had a beautiful harmony, a natural affinity. It seemed obvious to combine their talents and record an album in French.

The principle goal of Double Vision is to play primarily in francophone countries and overseas venues, though there is an added bonus of having all the material in English as well. Broadening the listening audience to wherever the music takes them. Double Vision, Double Good!

Double Vision ...
Doublement bon!!!!!

Thank you I received my cd's very quickly,
I love the music, and so do my friends, Maralyn and Barbara.
Barbara is studying French so the French/English lyrics are very impressive and encouraging to her.

Thanks again, for your prompt service.
