When I made this album, I wanted to make both something real and things people can enjoy and dance to. My main focus was to be able to have my listeners relate to me and feel what i have to say. I hope and know people will enjoy this album.

ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
I was raised in Missouri 816/660 area codes. With a strong passion for music, I wanted to see what i could do with an official album, not just a mixtape. I titled the album Birth of a Savage because I strongly referenced it to life struggles, eventful nights, my military experience in the middle east, and many other things. Music is just something I feel like i was born to do, and like the phrase says you never know until you try. It took me the longest time to find a style all my own, in both ways that i was comfortable with and that people could easily distinguish me from other artist. I have been told this is by far my best work, and I know in my heart it was surely the right step to move in a positive direction in my music career. To anyone who gets this album "Birth of a Savage" I greatly appreciate your support and promise to keep bringing my own style to the game we call the industry. Even though most likely I will always stay independent, there is nothing to stop me from being heard. D-Rose
