Album Notes
The latest studio effort from Dubconscious is an ambitious 17-track assemblage of mostly road-tested songs delivered in the band's signature sound - a unique hybrid of roots and dub reggae styles.
"It's got an old-school flavor with total, new-school attitudes," says album producer and Dub family member Steve Crawford. You'll find the syncopated downbeats, the psychedelic swirl of the guitars, righteous high note harmonies and exotic instrumentation that have become indelibly Dubconscious.
The album is wrought with the spiritually inclined, socio-political messages expected of the genre (and genuinely embraced by bandmembers) and wonderful contributions by several guest musicians.
The band expects to follow The American Dream with remixed dub versions of the tracks on a sequel of sorts - titled The American Reality - slated for release this autumn.

Good skills and MAJOR vibes
Dont know if it's better than their first one, but it's more sophisticated and mature... no sophmore jinx with this one... some stand out tracks are:

Let Them Here
Most High
Cure Us
and my fav, Communication Gap

If you want some laid back reggae/dub with a great vibe, get you some of this
