The “Peoples Choir” event on April 25th 2012, will also serve as gathering; an event that unites our campus’s clubs, cultures, religious groups and political advocates. It will not provide any solutions to the problems that our generation faces, but will merely serve as a reminder that a college is an amazing platform for growth, networking and discussion. The idea is that this event can and will enforce the notion that all of us do realize there is something we need to change in concerns with the directions our world is heading. It will allow students to reflect on what we are doing, why we are here, and the beauty among us all

The overall purpose will be to show our generation and our community that we are merely contributing “a positive piece” to the puzzle. We want to make our music something that provides inspiration for those involved and for those who feel let down by the negativity that can often reach us all. “a lift of spirits”
