ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
I was born in Riverside, NJ at Zurbrugg Memorial Hospital, June 4, 1970. I was born prematurely and I was in the hospital for eight weeks. I was also in the newspapers as " The Miracle Baby". I was two pounds and fourteen ounces. I had an opening in my heart. When I was two years old, my parents separated because of my fathers serious heroin addiction. My mother and I lived with my grandparents. When I was four years old, a one-day stay in the hospital turned out to be five days. I was four days in the Intensive Care Unit for a surgical procedure, called a Bilateral Myringotomy and an Adenoidectomy. The following year I was admitted to St. Christopher's Hospital for heart surgery. I had a very loving childhood. My mother said that ever since I was two years old, I loved music. At the age of five, She brought me a beginners set of drums. I had a very creative childhood. At the age of sixteen, I quit school and began getting rebellious: growing my hair long and listening to heavy metal music. I even experimented with drugs like marijuana and alcohol. I played the drums in my first band, then I dropped the drums and became a lead vocalist. I had a bad attitude towards work, and a hard time keeping a job. I lived in a fantasy world and the only thing that I wanted to do was play music. At the age of seventeen, my father called me from California. I had not seen nor heard from him since I was two years old. We talked for a while on the phone and wrote letters to one another. Then at the age of twenty I went out to California to see him. His girlfriend Joyce, was a Christian. Her and my father was going to church together. I started to go with them. That was the first time I was born again and baptized in the Holy Spirit. I had a hard time as a Christian in submitting to the Lord.I Lived in California for a while then moved back home. I started drinking when I turned twenty-one and going to bars and clubs. When I was twenty-two. I was a lead vocalist for a band. I would always talk about God when I was hanging out with friends. Even when I was out drinking I would pray and ask God to forgive me, I knew he did not want me there. Recently , I realized that it was time to get right with God. I was suffering from fear and anxiety. I didn't know what was wrong with me. I knew God was calling me, but I was running away. He blessed me with such a beautiful voice and musical talent that I decided to give it all to Him for His glory. I prayed that He would let the Holy Spirit take over in me and use me to write songs to glorify Him. I now am at peace with myself now that I have a better understanding and outlook on life now that I rededicated my life to the Lord.I thank God that He allowed me to pray with my father and rededicate his life to the Lord prior to his death. I recently got married to a beautiful christian woman in Feb.21,2004.Her name is Shannon. We also have a son named,Eddie. Eddie was born on,Sep.27 2004. He was born premature also and had heart surgery. He had a 12 page report of things wrong with Him. We have prayed for him and God healed him of everything. Today He is healthy and normal. God bless you and thank you for taking the time to read this.
