ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
I have been a big fan of the Everly Brothers and their amazing harmonies for nearly fifty years. They are now in their seventies and I’m in my sixties so I decided it was time to pay personal tribute to this duo that so greatly influenced many bands and musicians. Before I started this project I knew three or four of their songs well enough to play and sing, and was familiar with their other major hits. Working with Clay in the studio and my son Adam on all the other aspects of the recording process is always a great joy for me. On this project, my other great joy was learning to play and sing a dozen more of my favorite Everly Brother’s tunes, including learning and doing both vocal parts. We hope you enjoy our arrangements of these fifteen Everly Brother’s classics.
