Inspired by Bill Nelson's "Electricity Made Us Angels", electricity made them a band.
Electric Angels are the trans-Atlantic union of Bob Kingdon, from England and Eric Daum from New England. They are a virtual band inspired by Power Pop and girls in short skirts and tight shirts. Bob handles the guitars, Eric, the keyboards, loops and programming as well as thrashing his ancient Rickenbacker. Both Bob and Eric sing and share song writing, often setting the words of their friend, Scottish poet, Carole Young, to music.
Rock and Roll, Girls, Cars, Sci-fi, Runny Cheese. Their music draws on a diverse range of influences from early 70's Glam and progressive rock, to jangley Power Pop and Kraut Rock, blended into a sonically rich pop sound.
