Elephants From Neptune are an unpredictable and ever-changing unit creating their own groovy rifforama. As surprisingly as an rottweiler jumping out of a sports bag, they came and conquered the Estonian underground rock scene, earning immediate praise from critics and fans alike.
Their unique blend of music has been compared to bands from Queens of the Stone Age, Foo Fighters and even to Prince.
In 2012 the band played an unprecedented and highly praised three shows at the Tallinn Music Week showcase and was immediately booked for some of the biggest festivals in the region like Positivus, Vilnius Music Week, FonoFest, Green Christmas and Summer Sound Liepaja. UK’s music zine Drowned in Sound described them as “the best Estonian band at the Music Week festival”.
Their show at Positivus was a mighty success which led them to become the support act for the Red Hot Chili Peppers at Tallinn’s Song Festival Grounds, in front of 30 000 people.
The band will end 2012 with sold-out shows in the newly opened club Sinilind in Tallinn and a tour across Estonia & Latvia.
EP "I", which was released on the 27th of February, is the first of three EP's released by the band before the summer of 2013. The EP features two singles - "Make It Happen (Seducifer" and "Give or Take".
