Drinking Band W/a Worship Problem

by Worship Problem

Using a “Not Your Parents Church” mentality, Worship Problem is hell-bent on taking the message of God’s radical grace and Jesus’ scandalous love into the world. They seek to love others the way Jesus loves them. They relish worshiping with people who know Jesus but get fired up when they get to introduce the amazing power of God’s love to those who don’t know it.

ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
God began the creation of Worship Problem in August of 2010 at Tim’s Church in Lutz, Florida. “Elevate” was the name given to the Contemporary Worship Service at Tim’s which included a Worship Band under the leadership of Adam Balic (vocals, acoustic guitar). In February, 2011, Elizabeth Olson Bergeron (vocals) was asked to sing at a friend’s funeral service At Tim’s Church. Adam and Elizabeth, who had known each other since grade school, but had not been in contact since the 12th grade, reconnected. Elizabeth was asked to join Worship Problem, which has developed into a full Contemporary Ministry through services not only at Tim’s Church but also through a Home Church service at Elizabeth’s house along with Elizabeth’s husband Cory. Even today, each Friday night at the Bergeron’s house ends up as “standing-room-only” with a 5 piece band in the living room! Elizabeth, Adam and Cory visualize a new generation of Christians dedicated to the ideals of radical acceptance, love and grace without judgment, condemnation or guilt. Their goal is to break down all the obstacles that keep people from knowing God personally and understanding His character.
