Last November Elaine was one of a handful of artists selected to play the Focus picks showcase during the 2009 Northeast Regional Folk Alliance conference. She was also a top 25 finalist in the Australian Songwriters Awards 2009 competition (International category).
Her March 2009 show at the Tin Angel in Philadelphia was featured by several Philadelphia area papers, including the Philadelphia Daily News.

Elaine’s debut EP Better By Far sold out twice on CD Baby. Her popular track ‘FLY’ was included on the Top Sellers sampler sent to 5,000 CD Baby customers, and was also selected for the fundraising CD The Open Mike Cafe Compilation.
Her music has been played on the radio and by podcasters in Atlanta, Michigan, Texas, New York, and Los Angeles.
Elaine has also appeared on national TV as a fan favorite on the TLC hit 'What Not to Wear', and was part of the critically acclaimed off-Broadway stage production of Brundibar (Tony Kushner, Maurice Sendak).
Elaine was raised in suburban Philadelphia, PA, and Manhattan, KS.
