Album Notes
Evelyn has been a student of Kripalu Yoga since 1986. She completed her training and began teaching in 1993. She is currently a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor who uses yoga in her daily work. This is a re-release of her first cd which was recorded on the Eastern Shore of Virginia with original background music by Pooh Johnston. She is the producer of Yoga Nidra, which is also available through CD Baby.

This recording consists of two 30-minute practices:
1. Warm-ups, Mountain (Tadasana), Yoga Mudrasana var., Half-Moon (Triyaka Tadasana, var.), Bridge (Setu Bandha Sarvangasana, Wind releasing pose, Savasana and relaxation
2. Warm-ups, Mountain (Tadasana), Standing balancing knee to chest, Boat/Locust (Shalabasana var), Child's pose, Supine twist, Savasana and relaxation
