45 bands from Europe and the USA traveled to the little town of Voorthuizen in The Netherlands to showcase on May 17 - 19, at the 10th annual European World of Bluegrass convention.
This selection of “live” recorded tracks, again masterfully selected and sequenced by Liz Meyer, reflects the wide range of bluegrass styles performed during this festival.
Composition here vary from a traditional bluegrass to a Hungarian folk song (performed by Acousticure, the #1 European Bluegrass Band 2008), and from Lester Flatt to Si Kahn.
