ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
2010 brings "Sunshine Neophyte" a mostly instrumental CD with a hybrid sound of Metal, Avant-prog, and Experimental music with textured keyboards, acoustic themes, heavy riff's and smooth atmospheric vocals
("Leviathan","Brilliant","Terminal Sunshine")

Exmoura now concentrating on a more soundtrack approach of Avant Garde/Avant-Prog Metal was formed, written and performed by John Isaac. The Debut release “The Chaos of Silence” was released in 2009 and while
Exmoura’s music is it’s own it gives nod’s to bands such as Anathema and My Dying Bride…and OSI, Steven Wilson/Porcupine Tree and a little Devin Townsend influence on the 2010 release “Sunshine Neophyte”.

DARKhearted

Daring to be different
fans of the debut are in for a surprise...Exmoura are prepared to take you on a voyage even
the most experienced did'nt see coming...a mostly instrumental affair" Sunshine Neophyte"
strips away the harshness of the debut for a multitude of acosutic & electric soundscapes
that remind these ears of early Crimson with a modern touch...not to be missed

Sunshine Neophyte = Emotive Tunes
This release is a step up from last year’s debut. Exmoura shines with new emotive tunes. These songs clearly reveal some unique, engaging talents. Standout tracks are: Brilliant Star, Discovery, I Am The Leviathan, and Shine.
