Fantastic interpretations of the originals. You can tell there is lots of love for George in the artists performing these songs. All cuts are great. Buy it now before you wish you had!

Fresh, brilliant interpretations. A must-have.
These are great tribute tracks that neither deviate too wildly from the original versions nor slavishly imitate them. They are fresh, brilliant interpretations that are highly enjoyable and will re-ignite your passion for Harrison songs. A great selection of tunes, cleverly and impeccably performed - everything a tribute album should be. A must-have.

Best Tribute CD ever.
I usually don't like tribute CD's, but this one was recommended to me and I am so glad I didn't miss out on it. You can tell the artists admired George by the way they sing and play his music. A must have for any George fan. Thanks you for making this CD!

Thank you for a great cd, a beautiful tribute to a beautiful artist.

This CD is Fab and More...
BUY THIS CD! This is destined to be one of those that goes out of print and everyone wonders why they didn't buy it and why it's going for $50 on eBay. There isn't a bad cut on the CD. Some of the ones that caught my attention are Phil Angotti's "Here Comes the Sun," Wendy Ip's "When We Was Fab," and the Marlowes' "Old Brown Shoe."

Hidden Tracks CD reviews published in SA Life magazine, Adelaide

Tribute albums can be the sincerest form of flattery, though many prove to be sadly disappointing, failing to add to the magic of the original recordings. The death of George Harrison ‘The quiet Beatle’ shocked many in the pop world and it is no surprise that a Harrison tribute CD is now available. He Was Fab A Loving Tribute to George Harrison is musically refreshing as it is not the expected collection of big name artists imposing their slant on Harrison’s well loved back catalogue. Tim Anthony, the New York musician and producer, carefully selected young Indie pop artists to give their personal interpretations of 19 classic Harrison songs. Anthony’s love and affection for this music shows in these fresh versions of old songs seen through young eyes.
Every artist and track on He Was Fab is exceptional. Harrison’s musical career is fully documented with such numbers as My Sweet Lord, the first track by any of the former Beatles to reach the top of the charts, While My Guitar Gently Weeps, Something, Here Comes The Sun, plus I Need You and You Like Me Too Much from the album Help. This collection was created with great devotion and respect for these songs which have been given refreshingly new treatments without losing the famous Rickenbacker guitars or the original spirit of the songs. They deserve to be heard by a wide audience.
