Album Notes
"Eleven original instrumental tunes influenced by the landscapes and vibe of the American Deep South.
Atmospheric dobros, twangy guitar tones, unusual artisanal percussion and textural grooves, plus artistic collaboration with French hot-shot bassist Franck Bedez, all lead to a unique take on guitar-oriented instrumental music..."

"Riviera is more than just another guitar album. Fab Tranzer has managed to compose original tunes for the guitar that do not rely on fast licks or flashy shredding. In fact, aside from its georgeous tone, the guitar transcends its usual role of chords and amp effects."

Headache Cure
Repeated listening cures headaches, I kid u not! By the time u get to tracks 6,7,8, you swear the guitar is talking to you. I love the fact that the sound does NOT sound digital or overproduced..no synthesizer crap..just pure raw guitar, like some guy is playing in your garage. Best listened to in the dark. It's one of those CD's you pack for vacation---never leave home without it---it works in every city. Never heard of this guy til CD Baby recommended--Thank YOU!!!

I was totally amazed discovering another style of guitar music in this album, new flavours and tons of organic textures. Totally amazed by the creatidity and a few of the songs could easily be radio hits. Top notch guitar playing, a must have for guitarists and music lovers.

Stephen Mendes

Excellent!!!! A great blend of traditional instruments arranged in a unique way to produce a multidimentional sound. Very good late night, clear skies music!!!

Denise Mullens

I love the organic grooves on this album! Most of the songs on this album sound so fresh, like something never before explored. Tracks 3 and 6 get me every time!
