Album Notes
Face Your Villains is a young band from Bavaria, Germany. With their first album "Prophecy" they provide a mix of modern metal and metal core with harmonic guitars and intensive shouts for all metal fans.
Founded a long while ago they were first known under the name "Depraved" with no official releases but some live performances. After changing their name to "Face Your Villains", they decided to take things even more serious and hence produced their first album "Prophecy" which will be fully released in winter/spring 2012/13.
Since the beginning of the recordings of their first album the band has advanced in terms of musical influences which is why they are already producing their second release. Modern bands like Elitist, Intervals and August Burns Red as well as bands like Parkway Drive, Killswitch Engage and Machine Head are in the heads of the band whilst writing their new songs and one shall be excited to hear the much more advanced sounds and composition in this upcoming release!
