ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
FALSE,a band that has been coined the 'Louisville Kings of Metal,' are locally known as one of the heaviest bands in the regional music scene.

FALSE has played several shows since debuting in 1999, sharing the stage with national acts such as Hatebreed, the Misfits, Superjoint Ritual, Chimaira, Flaw, Morbid Angel, Today is the Day, Brand New Sin, Primer 55, High On Fire, Pissing Razors, Soilent Green, Demiricous, The Acacia Strain and more.

FALSE independently released 'Shrapnel' in 2001, and the follow-up "In Sickness We Live" was released in December of 2006 and is said to be the epitome of brutal metal. Packed with lots of technical guitar solos and in-your-face vocals, the sophomore stab from False will not disappoint!

Real Talent!
I have known the lead singer (Shannon Feese) and lead guitarist (Chris Eli) for many years. We all went to high school together. I couldn\'t believe the talent they had back then. Now, they have far surpassed their previous musical talent.
Just imagine listening to this music in a dark hall, people pushing and shoving, smoke and lights dancing around the room and this huge 6\'8\" dude standing in the front screaming in the mic. A nasty guitar riff flowing through your veins like hot lava, bass outpacing your heart and drums rattling your brain. You get this energy running through you that makes you feel euphoric but also restless. Your body is confused so you laugh and shove others around you trying to release that build up of energy. False is an awesome band and puts on a great show. They sound just as good live as they do on record. This my friends, is real talent! Listen, love and give credit where credit is due.
