ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Right after college, World Champion Old Tyme Piano Entertainer Fred "Mickey" Finn opened his own nightclub in California, attracting three million patrons over fourteen years. This eventually led to the NBC TV series "The Mickey Finn Show", not to mention over twenty five years in main showrooms in Las Vegas.

Finn is joined by former "Miss Delaware" and USO Entertainer of the Year virtuoso banjoist 2003 inductee to the National Banjo Hall of Fame, Cathy Reilly.

They surround themselves with the finest musicians & zaniest entertainers anywhere!

"Virtuoso musicianship" - Willard, Variety

"A sure cure for anything" - Whoot, Atlantic City

"Thunderous talent and great skill" - Supin, Las Vegas Review

Amazing sound -- brings Dixieland to an all-time high!
Can't remember when I've enjoyed Dixieland so much! What amazes me is that each musician is a virtuoso -- tops in his/her class -- yet the music created together blends beautifully. Plus, I bet you have a lot of fun together -- and your CD cover photo shows it!

Absolutely fabulous
I've been a big fan of Mickey Finn since their short lived TV program when I was a teen back in the dark ages. I heard a small clip of their music recently and knew I had to have their CD's if they were available..they were and I listen to them all the time.

Just Because
Fred Finn has just gotten better with age; like a fine wine!! I attended many performances here in San Diego in the 1960 and 1970 time frame. I have one of his albums from that time period.
