ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Mr.Freddie Hubbard endorsed this album with rave reviews ,he remarked of its new creativety edge,He sounded out how this record reminded him of his days playing with Eric Dolphy and Ornette Coleman but has a fresh new sound .
The songs on this album take you on a music journey of traditional, bebop and free jazz.World renowned drummer Jeff"Tain"Watts as feautured artist on this date. Legendary guest artist Roger Humphies gives his magic touch on drums on one track.Noriko Kamo the pianist and composer on this date reminds me of Kenny Kirkland .Also along for the ride is the leader's brother trombonist Carl King who composed several songs.Rounding out the group on bass is the much in demand bassist Curtis Lundy and steady bassist Hideo Kitagawa.
Mr.Hubbard said it best "this record is the baddest record i have heard in a long time." Enjoy.
