Fojeba is a world music artist that produces african music (Makossa,Zouk,Soukous,Pop,Reggae)as well as pop music .He created a Toronto based band in 2003 and was joined by many local artists such as Walter Maclean,Chester Manoharan,Wayne Brewer ,
: Canadian guitarist ,singer songwriter,producer,band leader,video editor .
Fojeba has produced 3 Cds so far .In 2000 he did release :La paix pour tous ;in 2005 he did release :Autour des tam-tams;in 2008 he did release:A la queue leu leu. All these Cds are available on website.Fojeba has published more than 50 songs for the past 2 years on
and he’s looking to expand his presence on the music market .Fojeba is planing to release a new CD by the end of 2012 .However the focus is now on digital downloads .
Fojeba is known for writing songs that are inspired by great events such as Obama 08 campaign(Fired up ready to go), 2010 Haiti earthquake (Tremblement de terre en Haiti) Jack Layton 2011 campaign song (Canada federal elections).Fojeba is also a producer of live music events;the latest was an evening of live music and african dance downtown Toronto at The Music gallery on February 18,2012.Fojeba has also participated to Banayafrica festival in july 2012 and Bloor festival in June 2012.
