ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
"This recording shows Frank as the bright bouncy, swinging pianist at times, like on his tribute to Carmen McRae, Much Love To Carmen. Check out the way Wilkins plays with the beat on Opal. His gorgeous playing on Misty literally leaves the crowd gasping! A tune that I’ve heard Frank play before is my favorite here: It’s The Little Things That Count.

Frank continues to show his human spirit and generosity here with his CD putting his considerable skills into service for Dimock Community Health Center, a beacon of health and medical services in Boston for over 100 years. Those of us who are fortunate to know the pianist are not surprised by this commitment by him." Eric Jackson, WGBH Boston
