Album Notes
1992: I bought my first guitar at 16 and was bitten by the bug... I knew I wanted to be in a rock n' roll band! Back then 3 artists really(!) influenced me: Slash, Yngwie Malmsteen and Roxette (weird mix I know...). I suddenly explored many metal bands and guitarists (I adored Bon Jovi and Mr. Big!) but also bluesmen like John Lee Hooker. 13 years later I cited Brian May in a local TV interview as my favorite guitarist and Led Zeppelin and Foreigner were my favorite bands... I also discovered Garth Brooks and got interested in Modern Country. Now in 2012 I reached the point where I don't really have a 'favorite' artist anymore. There are so many talented players/singers(male/female/known/unknown) out there, from many different styles and I enjoy so many of them! I'm therefore convinced you will hear all of these influences in my music which I consider still being Rock, yes, but from many approaches. If I learned one lesson, it's being YOURSELF and YOUR style is the mélange of all your influences with that little crucial part that's really YOU!
About the album:
It took me nearly 20 years to write, compose and select all the songs. Being without a band, I recorded/produced it with several studio musicians and vocalists, among these some celebrities from the local music scene. The lyrics vary from autobiographical stuff to pure fiction and there's this little mystery from Rennes-le-Château (France)...

I hope you really enjoy my debut (as much as I did producing it!) and thank you for your interest! ROCK ON!

Best regards,

Freddy Seghetto
