ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Fred Sokolow, best known for having written a library of over 150 instructional books teaching how to play guitar and other stringed instruments, shows what he can do with just a ukulele and his voice...no overdubs or band arrangements. Which leaves plenty of room for the uke to shine on these catchy and fun songs. Fred is known for his wide musical range, so you'll hear all kinds of tunes: everything from Tin Pan Alley and contemporary pop to blues, bluegrass and Mexican music...plus some delightful original tunes. There's plenty of crooning, plus several instrumental numbers. These days the uke rules, and Fred shows you why it does!
