Album Notes
Fringe Benefit are a four-piece pop/rock band from the UK. Lead Vocalist John Jones is the main songwriter of the band, who also plays guitar and piano. Dave Gray is the lead guitarist who also wrote track 8 - To When She's Next Free. Tha Bassist is Chris Haines and the Drummer is Steve Lawrie.
The music on this album is 70s pop/rock, teaturing the successful singles All In Vain and Darlin'. Commercial sounding songs are enhanced with orchestra and retro synth.
John Jones is also known for his work as solo singer Joe Jones - and his membership of Wild Country (Radio 2 Country Meets Folk), The Hotshots (Snoopy vs The Red Baron), Albatross, QED, Legacy and Prophecy.
