Album Notes
Formed in January 2001, Seattle, Washington Black-Death-Thrash metal band Funeral Age began writing music for their first CD "Fistful Of Christ". The band, then consisting of Kevin Bedra (Guitar,Vocals) and Greg Hartung (Bass guitar), managed to write, record, and release it in early 2004 to worldwide acclaim. In the span of 2 years they went from a virtually unknown band to opening for such acts as Cannibal Corpse, Kreator, Vader, Exodus, Decapitated, Sadus, Skinlab, and Incantation, virtually catapulting them into the extreme metal forefront in the Pacific Northwest.
After many line-up changes they have finally become solidified with the additions of John Devos: Drums and Marlon Deppen: Guitar. They have also just completed the recording of their new 8-song CD "Thy Martyrdom Come" to be released in 2009. The worst is yet to come.
