ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
I got a call from a friend of a friend needing some advice on some recording gear. When I heard the music I left, called my current band members, dissolved the band I had been in for two years, grabbed a guitar and went back. Been there with Shane the drummer and Dave the guitarist every since. Such raw power in the riffs and chops I was taken in by it's very nature. Within a few jam sessions the bass grabbed his gear and hot footed it out of there. I threw down the guitar and strapped on bass. It was just a few weeks later we had hammered some of Dave's favorite ten to fifteen minute long riff monster songs into unruly 4-6 minute power rockers. Soon we had built a set of songs that floored people. But there were no people. Dave and Shane had been woodshed players for years. It was time for a stage and an audience. The debut was 2010. We rocked and then some. That first show was where we adopted the name of our band. G3TSUM. It came from the movie where the machine gunner was hanging out the copter shooting people yellIng "Get some!". That how feels onstage with these awesome musicians. Like the bass is a weapon and I'm mowng you down with riffs. It is an unbelievable feeling to see the maniacal grins of the fans loving every second of it. Listen and get some yourself.
