'Two Classic Rock Lives' was Galahad's first proper live album, originally released as a single CD recorded in Rotherham, England for the Classic Rock Society in April 1995. It was subsequently re-released containing a additional CD of a full Galahad concert recorded live at legendary Bournemouth venue Mister Smiths in October 1994.
Both discs feature tracks from the 'Sleepers' studio album which was released in 1995, having been engineered, mixed and co-produced by Tony Arnold who had worked extensively with the likes of Rober Fripp, Gordon Haskell of King Crimson fame, Andy Summers of the Police and Toyah.
However they do also include excellent live renditions of classic early Galahad tracks such as Ghost of Durtal, Lady Messiah, Parade and Room 801.
If you enjoy listening to Rock/Prog Rock with spirit then you should enjoy this album which captures Galahad perfectly as they were in the mid Nineties.
