Album Notes
We formed June 19, 2006 at Moon River Pizza through means of a phone tree started by originators Brian Ferreira and Eric Hooper. After a countless rotation of members and local shows, we finished recording our first EP of 4 songs in December, 2007. After playing a packed house at Jack Rabbits in Jacksonville, FL for our CD Release show, we played a string of shows in support of the CD and for funsies.

After a 6 month stint of playing shows a few times a month around the state of Florida, including one radio spot in Tampa and a spot opening for RX Bandits in Jacksonville, GTF called it quits and made silent amends with a final show at the venue that started it all at Cafe' Nexus on June 13th, 2008...followed by a graduation show the next day for Bill's younger brother.

In November of that same year, singer Devin Hughes got really bored and through the same means of bringing the band together by phone tree, managed to talk everyone into playing a reunion show the summer of 2009. After many practice sessions, the reformed Fury hit the stage on July 25, 2009 to a large crowd at Brewster's Pit in Jacksonville. Missing the brotherhood of the band, they decided to start playing shows again.

Recording their first full length album in August 2010 the band played many shows all around the state of Florida and south Georgia. Including opening for Less Than Jake at Free Bird Jax Beach in January of 2011. The summer was packed with weekend trips out of town playing multiple shows each trip. One of the best was a 4 day trip to Miami for the Florida Supercon!

But all good things must come to a end, in September 2011, Devin (singer/ guitarist) came to each member and explained that it was time for him to move on and to pursue other life interest. With a peaceful end to what once was a loud, in your face power house of Florida Ska gently faded into existence so it seems...

...Fast-forward to September 2012, and we're back in action! With the talents of Vocalist/Guitarist Jordan Freeburn and Guitarist Joel Gresch, we're ready to hit the stage and party with you all once again! The next four months where spent writing/ recording/ playing shows all around the state of FLA. On Dec 20th GTF released their new sounds with the EP "Breaking News." On that same night GTF kicked off their winter mini tour with Olando Ska/Punk YugoSKAvia playing in Jax, West Miami, Pompano Beach, and Orlando.
