ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Loc The Blacktopper born and raised in the West Side of Fresno, Ca. was introduced to gang and drug life and a very young age like most of his peers in the neighborhood. At a young age of 14 Loc was shot in the face during a drive by in his neighborhood where he lost an eye due to the tragic event, therefore forcing him to have to wear a patch over his eye to hide the scar. In and out of the California penal system from several different offense such as parole violations, drug trafficking and sales Loc found himself writing rhymes in a form of poetry. One of the stand out members from the group The Blacktoppers Loc had to pursue a solo career when one of his grooup members was brutally killed along with another friend while recording at the studio.
